The project is a 16-story, 413,000 SF, post-tensioned concrete framed
residential building containing 352 student housing apartments for
1,091 beds. The building has a computer room, health club and lounge.
The parking structure is four-levels of reinforced concrete, underlying
the residential tower and has a gross floor area of 255,000 SF to
accommodate 710 cars. This is a privately developed project,
designed to meet the University of Maryland's student housing
requirements for its College Park campus.
