This new five-story administration building on the main campus
of GMU is a long span steel framed structure that will house ground
floor classrooms and retail establishments, and office and support
functions on the upper four levels. The gross area of the building
is 140,000 SF. Developed by the George Mason University
Foundation, the project design and construction is subject to
Virginia's Bureau of Capital Outlay Management's (BCOM) review
process and standards.
