building that stands 12-stories tall with a 780-car
parking garage below. The Tower Building received the
Office Building of the Year "Green Building" Award in 2002
and the Award for Excellence "Suburban Office Building"
from NAIOP in 2003.
The Tower Oaks building also achieved LEED PLATINUM
status from the U.S. Green Building Council.
