This project involved the restoration of an existing 2,800-seat theatre.
The restoration program consisted of converting the structure into a
mixed-use building containing retail and office space, as well as a
250-seat live theatre on the third floor. In addition to the restoration
program, and as part of the global renovation program for the Tivoli
Theatre, SK&A also designed a new two-story steel-framed adjacent
building containing retail and office space and an adjacent post-tensioned
concrete structure housing a full-sized 48,600 SF Giant Food grocery
store with two levels of parking containing 250 parking spaces.
