The Flowermill

This due diligence survey of the Flour Mill Property included
a combination of several historic properties. The survey was
limited to the building envelope which encompassed the
facades, roof coverings, plazas, and the below grade
building structure. The final report presented findings
of a visual survey of the physical condition of the buildings
structural system, exterior cladding and the roof covering systems.
