Senior Living Campus

Riderwood Village is a senior living campus of four residential
neightborhoods, each containing four 7-story residential
buildings plus a community center. The project contains
a total of 2,015 residential units. Gross area of floor construction is
approximately 2,500,000 SF. All of the buildings are linked
to each other via enclosed single or multi-story links, or
elevated enclosed bridges, depending on site conditions.
Other buildings include a chapel, gatehouse, and assisted living
facility and care center.
