This project consists of two multi-story hotel towers over shared
conference, amenity, and ground floor lobby levels of approximately
470,000 SF in twelve stories above grade, and two levels of below
grade parking of approximately 152,000 SF. In addition to lobbies and
reception areas, the ground floor also includes restaurant and retail
space, and kitchen areas for both hotels. The conference level
consists of individual meeting rooms, guest rooms for the
Residence Inn brand and ballroom space with approximately 100 foot
clear spans of column free area. The amenity level contains a pool
and fitness center shared between the two hotel brands, and plaza
decks for both hotel brands.
