One Liberty Center, Ballston Center Complex
This project consists of one million square feet of above-grade
construction a half million square feet of below grade parking.
Phase 1 of the project consists of a 310,000 SF 12-story office
building, 5 levels of underground parking (217,000 SF), topped with
30,000 SF of landscaped/hardscape plaza space at street level.
The space is leased to GSA/Office of Naval Research and includes
Structural Security Upgrades "Level C" and is LEED GOLD certified
for sustainable design. Phase II of the project consists
of a second secure office building and two residential/retail buildings.
