This project is a mixed-use development consisting of 4 levels
of apartments (105,000 SF) and office space (14,500 SF), plus ten
3-story townhouses (15,300 SF) supported by a second floor
concrete plaza deck over ground floor parking and retail (49,000 SF).
Below grade are 2 levels of parking (117,000 SF). Upper construction
is wood framed and the plaza, retail, and parking areas are reinforced
concrete. This project has 3 and 4 floors of infinity framing sitting
on a reinforced concrete podium slab above ground level retail.
Two thirds of the infinity area is residential apartments and
one third is a 3-story office tower. Both the office and residential
spaces have infinity slab roof with green roof and condenser farms.
