North Bethesda, Maryland
North Bethesda Market is an urban residential/retail mixed-use project,
with aboveground and underground structured parking. Standing at
24-stories high, it is currently the tallest building in Montgomery
County. The high and low-rise residential components of the project
include 440 residential units. The gross floor area is approximately
645,000 SF, plus structured parking. Building construction is cast-in-
place post-tensioned and conventionally reinforced concrete.
The freestanding 2-story retail structure adjacent to Rockville Pike
is steel framed construction.
