parking. The residential buildings include a 21-story apartment
building (286,000 SF) with 5 levels of underground parking for
306 cars (123,000 SF) and an 11,000 SF plaza and a
20-story (290,000 SF) apartment building with 5 levels of
underground parking (117,000 SF) for 282 cars and a 9,000 SF
street-level landscaped/hardscaped plaza.
