Highland House Facade Restoration
This 19-story building required significant repairs
to its brick masonry facade, including through-wall
flashing replacement, steel lintel and shelf angle restoration,
re-construction of bulged brick areas,
brick stabilization with helical ties and
vertical/horizontal brick relief joint restoration.
