Management and Norma Lee and Morton Funger Hall project
consists of a 6-story acedemic building with 2 levels of below grade
parking. Gross floor area of at and above grade construction is
137,000 SF and gross area of below grade parking is 54,000 SF.
The building fronts 22nd Street, NW, midway between G and
H Streets. It is south of Tompkins Hall, west of Funger Hall and is
connected to Funger Hall at all levels. As part of the project, the
adjacent Funger Hall structure was also renovated.
