This due diligence survey consisted of a four story
shopping mall above three levels of subterranean parking,
as well as a six level above grade parking structure and
various utilities and site facilities. The survey was limited
to the building envelope which encompassed the facades,
roof coverings, plazas, and the below grade building structure.
The report presented findings of a visual survey of the
physical condition of the building structural system,
exterior cladding and the roof covering systems.
