This project is a 5-story build-to-suit office building with 2 levels of
below-grade parking and high bay R&D space and data center.
Gross floor area of construction is approximately 80,000 SF of below
grade R&D space and below grade parking for approximately 300
cars. The ground floor and lower levels of the building contain
conference/training center, loading/receiving areas, fitness center,
and a blast resistant mailroom and redunant power and UPS
systems. The structure is designed to accommodate future
addition of 2.5 more levels (remainder of level 5, plus level 6 and
7, plus roof).
