The Crystal City Retail Plaza Block project consisted of converting
the B-1 level of the Crystal Plaza complex to accommodate
street-front retail units. Approximately 79,000 SF of
retail space, plus space for loading docks, lobbies,
corridors, etc. was constructed. This space was
divided among six retail blocks.
