This due diligence survey of a 52-story office building
was limited to the building envelope, which encompassed
the facades, roof coverings, plazas, and te below grade
building structure. The report presented findings of
the visual survey of the physical condition of the building's
structrual system, exterior cladding and
the roof covering systems.
