SK&A has been the structural engineer of record for all of CNMC's
expansion projects since 1986. Gross area of new floor design
totals approximately 800,000 SF, consisting of 570,000 SF of
hospital, laboratory administrative and support spaces and
230,000 SF of structured parking. SK&A also serves as CNMC's
prime consultant for developing the design and construction of the
extensive ongoing structural repairs to the existing original
underground parking garage of the hospital.
