This project involved the renovation of 3 levels
of a post-tensioned concrete garage
featuring "button head" wire post tensioning tendons.
Repairs included replacement of over 300 tendons,
ADA railing upgrades, corrosion inhibitor application,
urethane-based membrane application
and full garage painting.
