building (280,000 SF) with 1 level of below grade office space
and 3-stories of below grade parking (110,000 SF). Typical
office floor construction is two-way, post tensioned flat plate with
column capitals. Forty foot long spans open up the floor space and
allow for flexibility in office layouts. The project incorporates high
performance mechanical and glazing systems, 12,500 SF of
green roof, and low flow fixtures as part of the effort to achieve
LEED Gold Certification.
