300 New Jersey Avenue, Washington, DC is an award-winning 10-
story concrete office building with a 6-story parking garage below grade.
It is the first commercial office building to be designed and built in the
United States by world renowned architectural firm, Rogers Stirk
Harbour + Partners. The LEED GOLD certified, 470,000 SF structure is
constructed adjacent to an existing 1935 office building and its 1953
addition. The project's most notable feature, a large full height atrium,
serves as the common convergence space between the three buildings.
