   Washington, DC

 

   300 New Jersey Avenue, Washington, DC is an award-winning 10-

   story concrete office building with a 6-story parking garage below grade.  

   It is the first commercial office building to be designed and built in the 

   United States by world renowned architectural firm, Rogers Stirk 

   Harbour + Partners.  The LEED GOLD certified, 470,000 SF structure is 

   constructed adjacent to an existing 1935 office building and its 1953

   addition.  The project's most notable feature, a large full height atrium, 

   serves as the common convergence space between the three buildings. 

   Winner of the National Chapter Structural Engineers' Association (NCSEA)  
   Outstanding Project Award, NAIOP Award of Excellence, SEA-MW Outstanding 
   Project Award, Mid-Atlantic Project of the Year - Office, Washington Building
